Conditions of booking :
We'll ask you to send through your bank account 50% of the payment of your stay in Paris (we send you bank details). And the other 50% at your arrival.
Send me your e-mail adress, I'll send you the invoice asap I receive your payment.

Time of arrival : 16'30 - 19'00. If you think you'll arrive at other time, please contact us. If you need to leave your suitcases in the morning, if we are available, no problem for us, it will be a pleasure to help.

Time of departure : 11h00.

Time of breakfast :
week : from 7'30 to 9'00.
week-end and holidays : from 8'30 to 9'30.

All our bedrooms are treated for allergic people, so we could not accept any animal.

Conditions of cancellation :
- 90 days before your arrival, all your money back
- between 60 and 90 days, 75% of the amount of the booking is back
- less than 30 days, no refound
- the day of arrival : you must pay your stay
